# MailWarren > MailWarren is an email sandbox for developers: apps send email to it over SMTP or HTTP and it is captured instead of delivered, so tests and AI agents can read it back through an API — with verification codes and links already extracted. It can also send real transactional email from a verified domain (HTTP API or SMTP relay). API base URL: `https://api.mailwarren.io/gateway/5d1da8dd-9504-4297-9bd3-8dfc3fc90faf/Prod/mailwarren/v1`. Authentication: `Authorization: Bearer `. Keys (`mw_live_…` send, `mw_sandbox_…` one mailbox, `mw_mcp_…` whole account) are created by a signed-in user at https://www.mailwarren.io — an agent without a key should ask its user for one. MCP server for AI agents: `https://api.mailwarren.io/gateway/5d1da8dd-9504-4297-9bd3-8dfc3fc90faf/Prod/mailwarren/v1/mcp`. ## API reference - [Full API reference (Markdown, for agents)](https://www.mailwarren.io/llms-full.txt): every endpoint, field, response, error and limit on one page. - [OpenAPI 3.1 spec](https://www.mailwarren.io/openapi.json): machine-readable description of the same API. ## Docs - [Developer docs](https://www.mailwarren.io/docs): index of everything below. - [Send API & SMTP relay](https://www.mailwarren.io/docs/send-api): send real email; attachments and inline images (Content-ID); the sandbox endpoint. - [Test automation & AI agents](https://www.mailwarren.io/docs/test-automation): inbox API, wait-for-email, codes and links, pre-send checks, SDKs, MCP server, plan limits. ## SDKs - [JavaScript/TypeScript SDK](https://www.mailwarren.io/downloads/mailwarren-test.js): single file, no dependencies ([types](https://www.mailwarren.io/downloads/mailwarren-test.d.ts)). - [Python SDK](https://www.mailwarren.io/downloads/mailwarren_test.py): single file, standard library only. - [.NET SDK](https://www.mailwarren.io/downloads/MailWarrenTest.cs): single file, HttpClient + System.Text.Json. ## Optional - [Plans and limits (JSON, no key)](https://api.mailwarren.io/gateway/5d1da8dd-9504-4297-9bd3-8dfc3fc90faf/Prod/mailwarren/v1/plans) - [Acceptable Use Policy](https://www.mailwarren.io/legal/acceptable-use) - [Terms of Service](https://www.mailwarren.io/legal/terms)
